British Travel Agent Complains about Iceland Express

Clive Stacey, managing director of the British travel agency Discover the World, wrote a letter to Icelandic Minister of Industry Katrín Júlíusdóttir to complain about the airline Iceland Express, urging the ministry to look into the airline’s operations.

In the letter, which was made public last week, Stacey says that in the past few years his agency’s clients have suffered a number of inconveniences because of the company, visir.is reports.
