The UK-based economy airline EasyJet has issued an apology for a recent snafu that loaded ham and bacon baguettes onto a flight from Tel Aviv to London.
A spokeswoman said that the company offers kosher and vegetarian sandwiches on its Israeli flights and while nonkosher food is available, the airline's policy is not to serve any pork products on flights to and from Israel.
"We can confirm that we have done everything we can to ensure that this does not happen again," EasyJet said.
